To complete your booking you need to:

Pay the booking fee as indicated on the final invoice that will be sent via email.

Sign the giveaway rules contract that will be sent with your final invoice.

THE GIVEAWAY RULES

The giveaway is only valid for weddings happening in 2022.

The giveaway is only valid for weddings in South Africa.

The giveaway is only valid for new bookings made from the start of the giveaway on 1 November 2021.

The giveaway is valid for videography only.

Only one giveaway booking can be made per client.

Only one prize can be won per giveaway booking.

The 3 winners will be chosen randomly by the Leabaum team. Winners are final.

The date and venue needs to be confirmed before booking. Winners can only redeem their prizes for their own wedding on the date and at the venue as confirmed. No date or venue changes allowed, except in the circumstance that Covid-19 lock-down prohibits weddings on your confirmed date, we will do our best to accommodate you on available new dates but it cannot be guaranteed.

Winners will be announced 14 February 2022 on our social pages. We will also send an email notification to all our winners.

Prizes will only be paid out to successful entrants fulfilling all the entry requirements.

You will receive an email notification once your entry into the giveaway is successful. You need to complete all the requirements and send us an email to confirm that you have completed all the steps. Within 48 hours our team will check and confirm/decline your entry. Entries will only be declined if not all the steps are fulfilled.

The 100% cash back prize will be paid out to the winner to the value of the paid amount as indicated on their latest invoice.

The two 50% cash back prizes will be paid out to the winners to the value of 50% of the paid amount as indicated on their latest invoices.

The prizes will be paid out within 5 working days via an EFT to any South African Bank after receiving the winner’s banking details per email.

Winners not responding within 20 working days with their banking details will forfeit their prize. No exceptions will be made.

Prizes can only be redeemed by the client for their own wedding. Prizes cannot be gifted to 3rd parties.
